24 Oct MI-TRAP Participates in the 67th Annual Conference of the Korean Society for Atmospheric Environment
MI-TRAP was featured at the special session of the 67th regular academic conference of the Korean Society for Atmospheric Environment on October 23, 2024. Konstantinos Eleftheriadis, MI-TRAP Coordinator from the National Center of Scientific Research ‘Demokritos’ represented the project, discussing innovative strategies for mitigating transport-related air pollution in Europe.
The session, organized by Heekwan Lee from Incheon National University, focused on the assessment of air pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions from ocean-going vessels in port areas. Eleftheriadis presented valuable insights into the MI-TRAP project’s objectives and methodologies, highlighting the importance of collaboration in addressing air quality challenges.
