Today, MI-TRAP had the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders during a parallel session focused on air quality monitoring at the Hearth Summit held at Impact Hub Athens.
Introduction to MI-TRAP
The session commenced with a welcoming introduction by Prof. Chrysi Laspidou, Vice-Rector of Innovation, Internationalization, Collaborations and Digital Governance University of Thessaly, head of Amaranthus and One Planet Thessaly, who provided an overview of MI-TRAP and its mission to enhance air quality through innovative monitoring strategies. Following her introduction, Manos Manousakas, researcher at NCSR Demokritos, delivered a detailed presentation outlining key aspects of air quality measurement, including methodologies and the importance of community involvement.
